Um...no. People are responsible for themselves. If you dont have the common sense not to eat junk food all the time that's your bad. The government isnt here to hold our hands every step of the way.

I love them. Use them three days a week and have seen a lot of strengthening in my core and legs. It just depends on how you are using them.

you may be having wishful thinking syndrome there. I've lost 50 lbs and have only gone down one bra size and that's it. the cup size didnt really change much it was the band size.

I have oily hair bc its very fine. I just wash it every day after my workout out and leaving it down. However I also use a high quality shampoo so im not putting tons of product in my hair. Putting your hair up is worse than washing it.

I'm 5'1 and my wrist is 6.5 in so I have a large frame. 125 to 140. My goal is 130 so this works great for me 27 more lbs to go :)

I agree with Stella. I noticed I wasn't drinking as much water as i usually would and switched to tea. now its back to normal.

I do cardio six days a week because I like it, for 30 to 45 min. I only do this because I enjoy it and I get antsy if I dont. I also do circuit training every other day for 15 min (that's when I only do cardio for 30 min). I've always been active so its not like I'm "making" myself work out.
