A rest day for me is taking a casual three to five mile hike with my dogs with lots of stopping to take in the scenery. It varies for everyone.

it depends on what your doing and what your goals are. I do kettlebells which is basically weighted cardio. i do three days on, one day just cardio and then a rest day. repeat.

Ummm..i started at 22. Runs in my family though. My mom was completely grey by 40 im expecting to be somewhere near that. YAY DYE.

i use them but a three and five lb kettlebell wont do anything for you. minimum starting weight should be abt 10 lbs. Right now i use a 15 and 20 lb kettle bell depending on what workout im doing. you can find some really great workouts on youtube.

a glass of water and then coffee with 1 tsp sugar and half an oz of half and half. Cant workout without my coffee.

screamo, death metal, rap, disco and dubstep. I pretty much listen to most other music with no issue. rap and death metal are my two big hates though,its like having my teeth pulled.

I went in for a papp, she touched my stomach and said you should really do something abt this dear. your in good shape otherwise. I kind of laughed because it was the most awkward way in the world to tell me to loose weight.

kettlebells, seriously, full body cardio and weight work outs. really really helps tone.

they arent bull. i use them when i do cardio. your walking, that's cardio so its giving you an accurate read. just dont use it for weights.

weights? sorry, its abt changing your body structure, you dont have to be happy with it or accept it. working out is the only way the change things though, you cant diet it away if you are already at a healthy body weight. kettlebells are great if you want a whole body work out.

yea its a partial umbilical hernia. mostly it just makes to muscles feel like they are pulling and they tighten up. you can massage them out. sometimes what we think of as hernias arent even that. its just a knot in the muscle.

most of the time you dont actually need surgery. you do have to be careful though and if it starts to hurt. stop. you do need to ask.

i think shes talking abt fruits and vegtables that take more calories to digest than the food itself offers. Like celery. And yes count them.

Eat them! LOL I eat between 1500 and 1800 calories a day because I work out and sometimes i'm still starving.

I think what im going to cook days in advance but i think its more because cooking is a hobby to me. Maybe if you tried to switch it into something positive like making your favorite recipes lighter it would help some?
