I can't deal with rap. I don't want to hear about money and b*itches and sex on every song. While I admit I did listen to some eminem because some of his stuff is beyond funny.

Not all rap is like that - Lupe Fiasco being a notable exception - but unfortunately most mainstream rap is =( You often have to look for the underground stuff to find the good artists.

^^ that. Lupe fiasco && Bliss n Eso are great rappers.

I hate thrash, death metal where they scream and grunt. I can handle almost anything else.

screamo, death metal, rap, disco and dubstep. I pretty much listen to most other music with no issue. rap and death metal are my two big hates though, its like having my teeth pulled.

I despise country.. but I don't hate Johnny Cash, but I don't think he really counts. I still hate all other country.

    Probably not, realistically.

I am not a fan of progressive rock but I love Peter Gabriel.

The closest would be modern, pop country like Faith Hill and Taylor Swift and men with artificial, over exaggerated twang.

Rap. I do appreciate the art and talent that goes in to the rhyming and stuff, but that's more in the class of funky poetry to me. As a music lover, I like music played with instruments. Not computers.

Anything that happened after Kurt Cobain took his life remains very debatable IMO!

Nope! There is no music I hate. :)

I do find that for me, different styles of music fit better to certain moods or activities though.
