Yes, but i dont consider it a cheat day. it's just life and your eating a little bit more than normal. Eat what you want and move on to continuing awesomeness.

I'm a size 10 and still consider myself overweight ( not fat though) because i'm 5' 1. For me a healthy size would be a six maybe even a four. it's all relative to your height and how much muscle you have.

i have it, but bloat can make it worse, in the morning its really not noticeable. it has gotten a lot better with weight loss, and its disappearing some more with strength training.

I do but i live in Ca and the price for organic is kind of crazy sometimes. I wish it was only 50 cents more but its not. Also the farmers market isnt cheaper than going to the reg grocery store for me it's actually a good chunk more expensive. i've been thinking of starting my own veg garden though.

i was able to do all of my reverse crunches in a row without having to lower my feet on the ground. couldnt do that last week. lol

I understand your argument, but i dont agree with it. When I first started losing weight, I had a cheat meal once a week, bc i wanted too. It didnt hinder me from losing any weight and sometimes you need to eat what you want and not always what you know you should. Now that I have lost 51 lbs with 31 more to go I only have…

measure the amt of oil that was left in the pan and subtract it from the amt you originally added. then you will know how much oil was soaked up while cooking your food. dont add the whole half cup if you didnt use it all you would be cheating yourself out of extra cals.

Eat what you want and get back to the grind when you get home. This doesnt mean go crazy, try to make the healthiest choices you can and have fun.

mahi mahi, the flavor is very light. the best thing i can tell you is make sure its really fresh. If it really does smell fishy, its been sitting around too long.

high heels are still a thing of the past for me. i sprained my ankle badly several years ago and it still hurts like hell to wear them :/ damn you cat that jumped in front of me while i was working out

ME! i've lost 49 lbs and for the past two months i've been lucky if i've lost two lbs. I do openly acknowledge that part of it is me not being nearly as diligent as I should be.

pretty simple dont start eating more. A lot of the gain associated with the pill is caused by an appetite increase. As long as you continue to watch what you eat and dont give into the cravings you should be fine. I too am just starting a new pill and t his is what the dr told me.

i think the muscle is just sore.I usually do the elliptical but got my hands on a copy of wii ft and have been doing a lot of the aerobics on there and had a similar pain. i just massaged right above my ankle and the pain is almost gone. have you been stretching after your run?

Does this mean you feed your dog cheap food? If you have a large breed dog that can be very dangerous for them.

Can you cook things in larger batches and put it in the freezer, so on bad days he still has a healthy option he just hast to reheat it. *Edited to say...i get why you feel bad, i do all the cooking as well my husband would set the house on fire.
