  • I' m down 36 pounds in 16 weeks of Dukan diet. I probably do a few more days of protein and vegetable than days of pure protein, but overall it works well for me. I'm rarely ever hungery and have lots of energy. Have about 12 pounds to go to hit what Dr Dukan says is my true weight, but would like to lose about 10 pounds…
  • I mix 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt with 1/2 cup Uncle Sam's cereal or other high fiber, low sugar cereal, then eat a couple slices roast turkey breast to get in some extra protein.
