You may want to consider trying a "whole food" supplement. It is a multi-vitamin made soley from whole foods...nothing synthetic or reproduced.

The protein amount stays the same no matter how you cook the egg. One thing you may want to consider is eating eggs raw, or egg whites raw in smoothies, etc, may be harder on your stomache as it is raw protein and may be harder to digest.
