Yeah and on the subject of bacon and eggs. There is a direct link between how much you eat and how much weight you lose. Roger that. Yeah I'm actually a super high calorie eater and my fat macro is set to at least 80g a day. Cheese and milk sit well and I love them. Thanks for your feedback :-D

My protein macros are fairly high. Some days I get mostly dairy protein. I forgot to mention I eat eggs inconsistently as well. Great advice. Plus if you lift your body spends a lil more energy throughout the day to deal with the damage to muscles. Works over those high calorie meals with less chance of your body considering any of that energy as extra.

Personally I'd push it to 1300-1400 and make sure to do some light activity every day. Or even more if you plan to actually workout.
