  • Day one, DONE. Woot woot!
  • I found the link, really excited. I recently did 80 in one day, could not walk for 3 days. Misery. I am hoping for results with this one. I think that the more you do does nothing if you cannot walk or be fit for following days. Maybe it's just me, but toning is different than injuring yourself.
