My approach was finding out how many calories I was able to eat in a day, based off of my intensity/frequency of workouts. I like http://www.sailrabbit.com/bmr/ as a tool for that. Try to make it such that you can eat as many calories as possible while still losing weight to avoid metabolism problems in the future. Stay…
