I doing Insanity, day 15 and I think is great..I work long shifts and the workouts are 40-45 mins long.

Tennis for 45 minutes, Golf driving range for 45 minutes, football for 30 minutes...Tomorrow golf and probably running in the afternoon.

I have two drinks every night after work and I count them..I exercise every day and started Raspberry Ketones a week ago..My drinks are with Diet Cola from Soda Stream...if I go golfing and have a beer I count it..and as long as I watch what I eat it works fine...still losing...plateau over...

I work at an airport and between flights I walk and walk....from one end of the terminal to the other...watching the planes take off....and 2 times a week I hit the gym at work...but walking is the key..I started doing this to support my wife and I am glad I did it...and playing golf once a week really helps.(No brews…
