Motivation is very tough.. however, you are doing awesome and losing laziness, weakness, and insignificance before you even lose a pound. Don't focus on the now.... you WILL reach your goal as long as you just keep moving forward...

Father of 2 (5yrs and 11yrs). We are an eating family and it's tough to change eating habits of everyone in the house. We do get weak but i encourage everyone to stay athletic and active. We also try not to have too much snacking. Stay encouraged Dads of MFP>

I know it sounds gross but i've tried one and it is honestly delicious. Definitely not healthy but its a very delicious combination.@msf74, you are thinking on the right path with pancakes/syrup/bacon. just add the cool milk to the meal and that's the bacon sundae.

The question is, what's it hurting keeping them on your friends list? I'm not saying don't remove them (i've done a spring cleaning on facebook a number of times). But mostly it's when both they and i haven't really reached out like we used to. I vote, keep em on... they might just be out of town and will log in later…

May i add also that excessive blush, eye shadow doesn't look attractive at all. It transforms you from natural to unreal and unnatural.

I'm agreeing with that process (eat your total once) workout may cause it to be negative. I've seen lots of people talk about disregarding the undercalorie messages because it can be misleading. I just stick with the calorie intake and try to eat around that much daily. Hope this helps.

Sup fella's. Montrel Sr. here. Father of 2 wonderful boys. Montrel jr is 11yrs old and loves basketball. Chase is 4 yrs old and loves baseball. Just got him into Tball and he's excited! Want to encourage my brothers and their care for their kids. A father's job is so important, don't take it lightly.... stay encouraged!
