  • Chicken, Feta, Salad Mix, Eggbeaters, Low-Fat Cheeses, Sugar-Free Jello, Veggies....my low-carb main-stays! Before you know it, you wont miss carbs, but just remember the rule of simple over complex! The evil guy is sugar.
  • I have the same problem! Home, gym, doctor's...they all say different things! I once heard that the best scale to use if the one in your doctor's office, because that has to be the most true-to-you for medical purposes. I wonder if you could just walkin and asked to be weighted?

  • I just ordered one this afternoon! I have heard wonderful things about it. (I got the scale too) A friend of mine swears by it. She can keep it in her bra, yes her bra, and it will track her steps, cals burned, etc. I can't wait to try it and report back!
