Ok! I'm starting a new exercise plan this week. Mondays - 60 minutes of weights plus at least 15 minutes walking. I can't walk very fast due to foot problems but every little bit helps. Is there anyone out there with foot problems? Had surgery on my big toe for bunions months ago but am still suffering from pain and inability to wear most shoes.

Well, here I am again, at the same weight. But have been through a lot since my last post - my brother died suddenly and my father in law passed away 2 months later. lots of stress - but I'm hoping to get back on track. Need to lose the weight and get healthy.

Ok, I think I'll try to do this - going on vaca soon so I could do these anywhere, no excuses. But, do you have to do them all at the same time? A little out of shape so I think I'll break it up until I'm able to do more of them. :smile:

Kitchen Sink is done! (and it's still clean this morning - Yay!) Also cleaned off the entire kitchen island when I finished the sink. Today, I think I'll try to tackle the MUDROOM! Anyone else up for a whole room/area??

Ok, I'm in! I haven't logged on to MFP in a looonnnggg time and really need to have a pal to 'check-in' daily to keep me honest! Gettin' to work on the sink now! Already have a load of laundry going and cat is fed.

I've been depressed/in a 'woe is me' funk since October and need some help from friends to get back into the rhythm/routine of eating better and exercising on a regular basis. Was in great shape before my October downfall but have gained about 12 pounds since then. Am an early bird - so I'm online about 5-6am EST.
