Your in the right place. You can do it. Just set small goals where the goal is always within your grasp and before you know it, you'll be on a roll. Thats how I lost all of mine. I'd set 5lb goals and work toward them. I'm now trying to lose my last 10 lbs and could also use the support. Add me :)

bump- thanks I needed this as I've have been at a plateau for months but have been afraid to up my calories. I felt I needed to but thought I'd gain weight. Last week I upped my calories to 1300 and within a couple days I had lost almost a lb. It has taken me 2 1/2 years but I'm within 10 lbs of my GW (125). Thanks again…

I'm 5'2" and currently weigh 133 lbs. I'm trying to get down to 125 lbs also. I've hit a plateau and have been "stuck" for about 3-4 months. I could also use some motivation. Definitely agree with setting small goals. I first started with a 20 lb goal- then I would do 5 lb goals each time. I am now working on my last 5lbs. It has taken me about 17 months so far.
