Make sure to stretch your ankles really good, I know it's something I never thought about until after I started running and my ankles started hurting.

The fact that my cat is psycho and apparently kidnapped another cats kittens lol. The bigger kittens are 3ish weeks old, also not hers. The smaller kittens are hers and newborn.

So according to this, my wrists are too small for my height, also I may be smaller up top, but my hips are not small enough to be 100% small boned. I will admit my wrists and hands are very small in proportion to the rest of me, they always have been even when I didn't weigh 250 pounds.

Tell that to my hips, even at my smallest at 16, 125, I was a size 9 and it wasn't fat.

Let him do what he wants, is he forcing you to spend time with him over going to the gym? No? Then that's your problem. Even if he was forcing you, it would still be your problem for letting him control you. Couples don't HAVE to do everything together.

Also the fact that I snack on more fruits and veggies gives me enough calories to eat the things I want without over eating them because I don't feel like I'm starved when I go to eat them so I don't over eat. I started eating a lot more fruits and veggies and ever since then I don't go over my goal. But my goal is 1 pound a week which puts me at 1800 calories a day without a workout. If you're going 2 pounds a day, it's a lot easier to go over your goals.

I just use a zip lock bag and store everything separate and put it all together when I'm going to eat it. Never tried it in a mason Jar before but I may give it a try.

I don't cheat, I eat. Making it so you can never have the things you really want just seems to be the easiest way to fail. Eat what you want, just don't binge.
