You can't make your body lose fat where you want it to. Chances are that fat may be really stubborn and never go. I know my thighs are always big no matter my size. Over the years I've just learned to love my thighs however they want to be.

You're having a hard time finding anything because you're not suppose to start a workout or diet while pregnant. Wait until the Pregnancy is over, you may have not gained as much as you think you did, you can hold a lot of water weight while pregnant, that with the size of the baby and the weight of the placenta, plus…

I weigh in every morning and put it in a excel document (idea i got from someone on here, can't remember who) to track the fluctuation and see what factors may be causing big fluctuations. So far, I notice that I can have up to a 5-7 pound flux twice a month. Once during ovulation, once right before that TOM.

I can't stand that women, based on The Biggest Loser, she doesn't seem to be a trainer actually in it to make people healthy, she just seems to be in it for the money. But, her workout video's do work, if they had someone else as the spokesperson they would work just as well she isn't exactly needed.

You do realize that most women that are the other women, know about the wife/girlfriend. A lot of the time the guy is saying, he'll leave his wife/girlfriend that he loves her and she's the only girl for him. So a girl who was suckered in by a guy is a slut?

I can count all people I've been with on one hand and was with one person for over 10 years, so no, nice try. I'm just sick of seeing slut shamming all over the place.

No, girls, because it's always girls who are slut shammed. Guy can have sex with hundreds and all they get is a pat on the back. Girls do it and shes a slut.

You guys are acting like she's saying she doesn't log her food, shes's saying she puts off eating until she feels like logging, two very different things.

Move on, the first love hurts the most but I swear there are more out there, better out there. If he's talking about leaving a girl for you (and not doing it) he's never going to and he's just pulling you along, you shouldn't want a guy who would dump a girl for another one anyway because someday that could be you.

One thing that surprised me is how meditative it's become to me. I can be having a bad day and just take a little jog and everything in my head goes quiet and I relax.
