I love her and her workouts. I'm 1 month into the Body Revolution and I feel so much stronger and leaner already. I run my own business and travel alllll the time so the 30min workouts fit in my schedule. Anyone else doing this program?

I haven't used this particular workout. I really like her DVD's, you really feel like you've done a workout and I can tolerate her....most 'presenters' are saccharin sweet and full of c***, I can't tolerate that first thing in the morning!!
I'm the same as you in that I have little time so 30 minutes is doable. Thanks for the recommendation!0 -
I haven't don't that program, but I completed 30 Day Shred a few years ago. I don't particularly care for Jillian as a trainer, because she kinda makes me mad, but I am in love with her podcast. Her and her crew are hilarious and I've been really interested in her topics lately.0

I can't stand that women, based on The Biggest Loser, she doesn't seem to be a trainer actually in it to make people healthy, she just seems to be in it for the money.
But, her workout video's do work, if they had someone else as the spokesperson they would work just as well she isn't exactly needed.1 -

Plenty of other fish in the sea. There are lots of videos that work. You don't need to "settle."
My faves are Kelly Coffey-Meyer and Cathe Freidrich.....not TV personalities.....just down to earth.

I absolutely love her work out DVDs. I got in the best shape of my life after loosing 70 lbs using them. I just did " no more trouble zones" today and am already sore2

I have done Body Revolution twice. I am currently doing Body Shred, which is way tougher than BR. I enjoyed all her workouts. I fell in love with her in 2008 and the first workout of her that I do was 30 Day Shred. And she still had her old casts in her newest workout dvd such as Anita and Natalie. I love her straightforwardness. She is blunt but very entertaining2
