It's crazy windy in Southern CA this morning...went out to walk my pug this morning and we were almost swept away!

1. Exercise - Done :happy: 2. Drink water today instead of Diet Coke 3. Stay within calorie goal and no sweets!

I download TV shows to my iPod, most of the time I look for hour long shows (without commercials they run about 45 minutes) to ensure I do at least that much cardio. It is good if you find a series you like, that way if you are into it you can't wait to get back to the gym to see what will happen on the next episode.
