I just started using the elliptical and everytime my feet fall asleep! I thought I was crazy but I guess not. Anyone know what causes this? I tried two different pairs of shoes, wiggling my toes, and moving my feet. Love the elliptical but hate my feet falling asleep:/

Try to eat as clean as possible Foods with 5 or less ingredients (if processed) Fruit and vegetables Green tea x3 with meals (hot) Lean proteins Limit whole grains and dairy Green (spinach) smoothies Just started a couple weeks ago. Not going to lie it's hard but if you have the right mindset you can do it:)

This was a good thread to read. I'm the same way. I'm not a runner. But one day I will be. Today I went to the gym and I actually walked for 5 min then jogged for 1min and so on. Eventually I hope I can run a straight mile. Hey even jog. But whatever your doing is way better then sitting on the couch. Sw-195 Cw-180

For me it's my bf of 6yrs. Im a stay at home mom. He works a lot so when we see eachother it's spending time together eating and watching t.v. This definetly needs to change.

I would and then a week from when you weighed yourself I would weigh yourself again and log that. Idk if this is true but I hear you burn more calories when its that time of a month when you work out.

I have about 40lbs left to lose. This website has helped me so much. I didn't realize how much calories I was eating until I started tracking. We can do it! It takes time a lot of work and willpower.
