  • I'm doing the 30 day shred as well! I've done it before (back when I was diligent) and lost over 60 pounds, but have put 10 of that back on and want to so something before it's too late and I gain even more. I'm only trying to get down to 130 though!
  • These are all great ideas. I have to admit, my planning hasn't been the greatest and we've been doing things more on a whim lately. I know also, eating out really makes me pack on the pounds.
