A cup is approximately 8 oz, 1 oz is about 29.6 mL. That's generally just for liquids, but an acceptable estimate for all conversions. Hopefully that helps...

My doctor believes they are most likely caused by preservatives in foods (MSGs, Nitrates, etc).
