  • I have a similar comment. You can't look at the calorie burn on MFP it's a good place to log your food and look at the feed but look at your device's burn.   • Linked data and Sync data is different. When you sync to your computer there is more processing going on thus making it more accurate.

  • I've never messed with the Vig. Level. To me you really understand what that means when you hit it for the first time. It took me weeks to hit it but now that I know what it feels like I can keep doing it. I don't think it's something that should be easy to accomplish
