  • My favorite is the Cardio Recovery. I hate Pure Cardio.
  • Day 2 was so hard for me. I haven't worked out in a while since I just had a baby and my doctor didn't allow me to workout during my pregnancy. I got through it though and I can't wait to see the end results when this is all over.
