I don't know my lean body mass...how can I find out? And I ate pretty much all my calories left today at dinner, and had sushi w/ soy sauce and 56 protein :tongue:

I thought like 50-80 in protein would be more than enough? In the past few days I don't think I've eaten below that. And maybe I'll try some foods that are naturally higher in sodium instead of just adding salt

cottage cheese: warm with microwave apples and cinnamon :d, cold with other fruits, i also know alot of people like them savory but have never tried i also usually have cold hard boiled eggs with soy sauce, or whatever else you like them with

I go once every other to every two days, and feel fine :P Also I just looked through my diary and I usually get 25-30 fiber a day, so I think thats good

Just a slice is ok! If i ever feel like overeating I just look at the calorie levels of different amounts! That usually motivates me to take a smaller portion :blushing: It would be even better if you could fit it into your calorie intake for the day, but I don't know how much are in banana cream pie. I've never tried it…

Anything in oil cheap candies (yesterday my friend gave me a gummy worm, and it was just really weird and artificial tasting) :P so i pretty much cant stomach anything in my schools dining hall ...oh well its gonna be summer!
