hmmm if I binge really badly I stop keeping track so I wont feel even worse, but I remember eating like a bag of cereal dry... along with some granola bars and peanut butter.. maybe some yogurt in there too... Oh! and chocolate! if I get in that "mode" (still need to figure out why) I'll have to finish it all off

Even when my goal was 1700 I lost my period... maybe its unrelated but when I gained weight back it eventually came back

my goal is 130.. Because I used to be 130-140 without trying so I guess its just getting back to normal for me

I just have it with 3ish tablespoons of whole milk, I used to add sugar or a sub but Im trying to cut back now

height: 5'7 weight: 152 goal weight: 130 I usually eat 1500-1900 cals per day. i usually burn around 250 but it varies alot, sometimes 0 sometimes 700 i wanna lose weight and eventually tone up when most of the fat is gone

im half chinese. My mother (Chinese) was never critical of my body, in fact she was always force feeding me. I did get comments from her Chinese friends though, which really shocked me at first

Well I haven't had as much trauma as you but I know once the power went out in my house and I was stuck home alone for a while. I ended up eating a ton of processed (no need to cook) food out of boredom and loneliness. Maybe you should try getting out and doing stuff that makes you happy if you can.

I'm the same... If i lost weight I'm like of this is easy I could probably spare a few more calories.. and If i gain I'm like of heck this aint working! So, I'm not sure when I'll next weigh myself lol

Ive done the same thing! along with some lindt truffles too! Just this weekend I ate 3/4 of a large dominos pizza for breakfast then went to a chinese buffet like an hour later And once had a whole jar of almond butter with mocha trail mix and cereal mixed in by the spoonful :P Just reading what I type is making me feel so…

I have the same problem! He bought me a jar of nutella D: and pizza! But I know its because hes going away to school soon and thinks other guys will hit on me or something :P Its not really a solution lol but I figure when he goes it will be easier, then I can see if he still feels that way
