I made it into an mp3 file and now I do it at the gym. It may sound weird but I will more likely get through the whole thing if I think people are watching and therefore judging me.

I used 3lb weights because while they're manageable at the beginning it gets very hard in the end, so I stick to that weight. Also, I hate planks. That is all.

I hate planks! I have yet to have good form because I always end up with sore wrists, although I try. I have a weak core I guess...it's a work in progress, by day 10 I'll get it!

Thanks for the motivation, I know it is a long term thing so I think you are right it is a good idea to take photos every month because with my body it takes time to see the difference. You did an amazing job!

No we don't have a circuit area specifically dedicated but I think I plan a circuit and work along it, wow I totally forgot about circuit training and now that you mention it, I see you are right!

I only have two, this is based on my years at the university gym and my current new gym which is actually huge so I dont have problems with crowding 1. People who talk in the steam room/sauna 2. Women walking around undressed for way too long and then have conversations. I am very uncomfortable with that.
