  • I would strain it with a small strainer into another jar.
  • I've added a couple recipes in this recipe forum for the crockpot, and there are quite a few recipes if you go back a few pages as well. You will love the crockpot though, I LOVE it!
  • I use the wii fit as well almost every single day. I only enter my weight about every 3 days or so on MFP! One day this week I gained 1.1lbs and I didn't enter it. I say do it once or twice a week, or as you lose weight.
  • Wow, that's f'n awesome...lol THANKS!

  • I don't have NI, but this is really good. Cook up some onion and mushrooms along with spinach in some olive oil and garlic, toss in some cooked chicken cubes. Make a small roux with some flour, add some milk and chicken broth for a little sauce and toss with whole grain pasta. I just eyeball the liquids just to make enough…
  • Thanks, I do charting already along with other things :) Thanks so much for the encouraging words and thoughts everyone, it's good to know I'm not crazy!
  • I recently started MFP so I do not have a scale yet, but it's on my list of things to get. I do however measure out anything as much as I can like cereal, milk, butter, condiments, anything I can measure with a measuring cup or spoons, I do it. Everything else I kind of eyeball, but I try not to shoot high...I go a little…
  • Same thing here, but I have a feeling for me it's a withdrawal from soda/caffeine. I was drinking regular soda, about 2 a day, and I just stopped completely. I drink a ton of water and get pretty bad headaches too. I end up taking excedrin because I can't take the pain anymore.
  • Thanks for all the help everyone!! I am a stay at home mom, so I think I might just share an apple or banana with my 2 year old for a start! I am going to look at carnation instant breakfast when I go to the store, but I thought it was pretty high in calories?
  • It's not that I don't want to at all....I feel like I am going to throw up when I fix something...I'm looking for help here
  • Wow you look great!!! What a difference :) Keep it going and congrats on getting halfway!!
  • I just started this tonight, and I had to rest a couple times through, but I pushed and kept doing it. My legs felt like jello afterward, I am going to be SO sore tomorrow!! I'm on Level 1.
  • I just use the frozen chicken breasts in a bag and put 3 large pieces in, if I have smaller chicken breasts I will put in more. If it helps, I would say about 3/4-1lb of chicken. That's enough for my husband, daughter, and I as well as some leftovers.
  • Wow!! You look amazing!!!! Congrats, what a milestone!
  • My husband and I have been eating a lot less calories. I am eating 1200 calories a day and I have lost 5.1 lbs in a week, my hubby lost 10.1 lbs! I can only wish it keeps going like this, but I'm sure it won't! Keep up the good work!
  • I am sure you could, it was really good!!!
  • Applebees have a few selections that are pretty healthy, they list them right on there menu with the amount of calories.
  • Ok great, thanks for the information!!!!! :) So exercising DOES have perks than just toning up!!! :)
  • Wow, you look great, you can really tell in your face!
