Sodium is 817 per serving...I'm not sure how to get this down. I am still working on my sodium myself...but I just started dieting and eating healthier!

You can adapt it to what's good for you, but I used Bone Suckin BBQ sauce and watered it down some this past week when I made this along with light italian dressing and it was only 250 calories per serving, which was a pretty big serving. Hmm, I always cook my chicken when it's frozen. I buy it in the big 6.5lb bags at Sams Club and just put a few chicken breasts in. When it's done, I shred it all up and stir it in the sauce. I have heard you aren't supposed to do that with ground beef though!

Thanks so much everyone, I will have to check these out. The whole wheat bread I am eating now is 120 calories for 2 slices so it doesn't seem too bad, but I will be looking for other alternatives!
