I mostly eat way under my calories (sometimes a little over! But mostly not) and I exercise a lot. After a 6lb loss in two weeks, it's now all gone a bit wrong. Nice one girly! It's all about finding the healthier options that you can enjoy. There are certain things I would prefer to chocolate, especially in the good weather, like fresh pineapple or melon. Of course there will always be times that only chocolate will do, but as long as you're careful, you'll be onto a winner :-)
