I read customer reviews on the website which pretty much all raved about the workouts, but they are all reviews on the products site after all. I like the feedback from you guys because even though I have never met you, I feel like i'm getting real feedback from real people. Thanks again everyone.

Really. I think (for me at least) It was the fact that I have pretty much never seriously worked out before. I just bought the shred and went with it. My body was like, umm.... NO. lol But hopefully i'll be okay with this program.

That's actually a good question. I have tried 30ds and only did the first level 5 days because the jumping jacks were too much on my letf ankle. I'm feeling the same. I haven't worked out much EVER so I'm afraid to dive right into Insanity. I heard Turbo Jam is a good begginers workout... I might give that a try.

Wow. Thats some great info. Thanks a lot. I know that I definitely don't want to lose muscle. I will try to keep mixing cardio and strength together as well as follow the tdee- 500 plan.

I am going to eat at 500 bellow my tdee. The only reason I put light workouts 3 times a week is because I hurt my left ankle somehow and can't seem to workout more than 20 minutes before its tight and throbing. I plan on working out more when it feels better. Thanks for the advice.
