HELP.. 30 minute Boot Camp?
I am thinking about joining Xcore Fitness Center. They offer a turbo boot camp program 4 days a week at 30 minutes per session. Can't understand why

30 Minute Circuit @ PF/ Follow the rules or fail?
So I have done the 30mc twice now, but both times I skipped the stairs in between. I've heard people say if you don't do the stairs it's a waste of a workout.
