One thing that also worked for me was losing weight. This made a huge difference! I still ice in the evenings when it hurts, but no more limping to the bathroom during the night! I also got Spenco orthodics for all of my shoes, which was recommended by the Doctor.

I have a tablespoon of peanut butter on wheat bread before I work out. Otherwise, just do the tablespoon of peanut butter!

I assumed that MFP would adjust your calories as you lost weight. Am I wrong?

I have 2-3 cups romaine lettuce, 1/4 Cup low fat cottage cheese, 4 oz chicken breast and 1 tablespoon of craisins for a meal. Sometimes I add 1/2 cup chow mein noodles. I crave it sometimes!

I am starting the 30 day shred again on Monday and hopefully, I can do the pushups on my toes instead of my knees! I want to be able to do the whole 20 minutes without stopping also! I always have to stop and catch my breath during the cardio, and the planks are killer!! I enjoyed session 3 much more than session 2!

I have been doing a Zumba class for 1 year and 8 months 4 times a week and I love it! I lost 40# within 3 months by eating right and doing Zumba. I love it!

I enjoyed level 3 over level 2. I don't know why, but maybe level 2 is harder than level 3? Any comments on this?

I will be starting this again Monday, October 14th. I was sick last week, so I am going to start over with workout 1. I am going to go 30 days in a row again.

I was on Level 3, got sick for a week and I am starting it again next Monday. You have motivated me to get started again! I love this video and it is great feeling stronger and not as winded after doing the routine for 10 days in a row. Thank you!
