Macros.....I'm trying to figure it out.
I went online and calculated my macros. To get the percent of protein, carbs and fats in MFP, it looks like I need to up my calories. Is that correct? I was at 1200, but now need to be at 2222 for my calories to get the right percentage. Am I doing this right?

I will be going to early morning classes for the next 8 weeks and need something fast and healthy to eat to give me energy for the classes. I have been doing some lifting during some of the classes at the Y, only at 20#. I'm new to the 5x5, so should I start with an empty bar the first day? I have downloaded the app to my phone, but have not paid for the upgrade, so will it tell me when to add weight? I have so many questions.

Frustrated with 2 apps, Walk My Dog and MapMyFitness
I walk every weekend and usually use Walk My Dog App, as they donate to the Rescue that I support. Yesterday, I thought I'd try MapMyFitness and see if WMD was comparable. How can Kettleworx burn so many calories in just 20 minutes? Is it because of the weight? This just seems so off for me. 20 minutes equals 587 calories burned?

snacks after 8pm?
Thursdays are always a late night for Zumba. When I get home from work, I eat about 5:15, then leave for Zumba at 6:15. I'm home between 7:45 and 8:00 and was wondering if a snack would be alright this time of nite. I would have 1 slice of whole wheat bread and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Then off to bed at 9:00.

Eating the same food
I eat the same thing every day. 2-3 cups of lettuce, 1/4 cup of low fat cottage cheese, 2 oz chicken breast, 1 tablespoon of reduced sugar craisins and 1/2 cup of chow mein noodles. Lunch and dinner. Does this matter? I really enjoy the salad, infact, sometimes I crave it.
