Eating the same food

I eat the same thing every day. 2-3 cups of lettuce, 1/4 cup of low fat cottage cheese, 2 oz chicken breast, 1 tablespoon of reduced sugar craisins and 1/2 cup of chow mein noodles. Lunch and dinner. Does this matter? I really enjoy the salad, infact, sometimes I crave it.

I think most people have their go to meals and that definitely takes some of the constant thought out of watching what you eat, if thats all you eat all day every day then I think the day will come when you hate it. Just make sure you are getting the nutrients you need and I don't see why its a bad thing.0

I don't think it matters but after a while you might get bored. treat yourself once in a while with steak instead of chicken that is in your daily range.0

Hmmm... I would say as long as you are getting all of your nutrients in and variety in other meals like breakfast and snacks, then you're probably fine. I go through kicks where I want a particular thing for weeks on end and then one day I just don't want it anymore. But maybe someone with more nutrition experience will chime in.0

I eat a lot of the same things on a regular basis but I add a little variety here and there so I don't become bored of my food. As long as you continue to like it and you're adequately nourished you should be fine, but don't forget to mix it up once in a while0

If you like it, go for it:) I have eaten the same breakfast for about ten years... 6 egg whites, a massive amount of spinach or grated yellow squash, an ounce of cheese, and I eat it with salsa.0

I have a TON of food allergys and therefore eat the same very few foods over and over, every single day. Luckily they are foods I like. My lab work always comes back great and I am still around kickin'.0

HI I HAD A GASTRIC SLEEVE OP IN 2011 HAVE NOW LOST OVER 12 STONES MY TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS IS OVER 27 STONE IN 6 YEARS , I NOW FIND I CANT DRINK ANY BOOZE WITHOUT BEING VIOLENTLY SICK ANY ONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM REGARDS MARK .0
