  • You should try making it your self, I have a Piri Piri chicken pizza down to 700 calories. I use 140 grams of chicken with Piri Piri seasoning, half fat mozzarella and tons of pepper and tomatoes, with a home Made base. It absolutely stuffs me aswell.
  • We shall never surrender. Do it for churchill!
  • I have found that salomon walking boots are by far the best for me, I do ten mile treks regularly, and haven't ever got so much as a blister, they are great for off road and hills to, the only problem is the price tag.
  • What works for me is to unplug myself from the main frame, leave the house and go for a walk along a river or Forrest. Nothing helps like nature.
