They say muscle burns fat faster so I would make sure you incorporate all over strength training in your routine weekly.

Incorrect portion sizes, processed foods instead of natural, and too low calorie count could all be possibilities of why you are not losing. 1,200 should be very sufficient - especially with exercise - may even need a little more. But not less. Processed foods are evil - eliminate ALL of them and perhaps keep carbs limited…

If that photo is YOUR midsection, you've done a fantastic job and just need to keep doing what your doing - no further loss necessary!!! As for Jillians 30 day shred - that won't help you a bit when you've already done insanity and P90x.

I live in the North GA mountains where it is very humid right now and the roads have no shoulders so for safety and health reasons, I am in the basement. But I am enjoying the outdoors the rest of the time when I'm not exercising!

Processed foods and high glycemic index foods are both evil. This plan is full of both. I would recommend further research - many more plans are out there with real food.

The Pure Protein chocolate peanut butter is good - I like to put them in the fridge and then eat it about 5 minutes after you pull one out but even if just out of the box I find them to be the best flavor so far.

I only find time to check the groups and blogs every few weeks to once a month really. I enjoy catching up when I can get on. I am using 30 day shred as my strength training exercise only - 3 times a week. It fits well into my plan.

Any idea what Cardio X burns by itself without adding the weight training, etc. afterwards? I want to use it as an alternative cardio workout that I can do indoors when I can't get out to run (such as after dark, bad weather, etc.) but not if it doesn't burn many calories.
