Do you have wraps, I love wraps. Turkey Bacon is another of my favorites when I am home for lunch. Usually now I have left overs from last nights suppers because I am on day shift. Shrimp on the grill would be another one I would go for yummy

If I don't do some type of work out I feel down in the dumps and find it hard to get motivated. I always feel better after a good workout whatever it may be. It gets me going.

working out on the treadmill and walking outside are both excellent exercise's. You are up and moving and that is very good. At least your's has a TV on it that would be nice. I can listen to my Iphone or MP3 player on mine. :flowerforyou:
