Thanks stephiegirl, It is so hard for me to know what to say to them I do not want them to feel bad about themselves, I don't want them to feel as I don't love them for who they are but I want so much for them to be healthy.

1 spice cake or carrot cake mix 1 15 oz can of pumpkin (I usually use the pie mix and not the pure) mix them together and it makes 18 pumpkins. 109 Calories per muffin Bake at 350 for 18 to 20 min. They are very moist and delicious my kids love them, I usually have to double the recipe so they can snack on them all week.

I'm from Beecher City too and joined mfp to track my calories mostly, but have gained some supporters along the way.
