Checking in for the first time! I am going to start going to the gym and begin my strength training program on Wednesday and tonight for dinner I am making stuffed chicken breast with feta and sundried tomato :) Here is to healthier choices!

I have not yet read the book I was wanting input before buying it! The book talks about nutrition though and strong lifts only covers the exercises right?

I weigh 180 and am wanting to lose 30-40. i was hoping to lose 20 lbs by the beginning of July though, as heat and fat do not mix. I don't want to be bulky, just toned! Oh and I wanted to start out at home but yeah I am planning on getting a gym membership

Thanks so much! Yeah I was watching a youtube video and they were talking about buying frozen veggies and fruit. Which is a good idea because I'm only one person, and stuff goes bad so fast! So on the days I do not exercise, eat less? And on the days I do, am I allowed to eat back my calories in what I burned by working…

It is going to take a lot of work to lose 40 lbs in 3 months. Its great to be ambitious, but maybe you should cut that down a bit. If you havent been excercising in years, its good to start slow-ish.
