I'm not a fan...I like "miss" because I'm not 100... I also like Madam because I feel like I'm vacationing in Europe

Holy balls! (I know, I know...but that's literally what came to mind when I saw this)

Puts the male shake weight infomercials to shame....

I also think Zac Efron is super hot, but I feel like a perv saying it because I think he's like 14...
-
No joke...he's so hot when he talks :)

I've always had a thing for Barry Zito (obsessed)- he's an SF Giants pitcher though, so not sure he's a true celeb...but always my fave, forever... or Bradley Cooper... Or George Clooney, because as the ladies of Sex & The City say, "Clooney is timeless" He's gorg...

My husband says that hugging super skinny girls is like hugging a bag full of triangles... he likes curves... eye of the beholder is definitely true and finding where YOU feel good... because like Audrey Hepburn said, "happy girls are the prettiest girls"... she was super skinny but that's neither here nor there :)

Awesome!!! My first one is June 15th and I know I'm going to burst into tears after I cross the finish line so I totally relate... I always thought it was something I couldn't do and I'm doing it! On week 7 myself.... GREAT JOB!!! :)

I won't even ride in my convertible with the top down by myself because I don't want people looking at me...but I'm super shy, so yeah.....it freaks me out. I don't think it's bad to feel flattered though, it doesn't mean you think it's ok to be a *kitten* but I don't think there's anything wrong with liking that you were…

I run a 12 minute mile on the treadmill... so prob most would call me a jogger, but I've worked too hard for that ish so I call myself a runner...ha!
-
That's amazing! You look fabulous- I hope you're super proud of your amazing accomplishment! :)
-
Definitely B.O.! I can't even breathe out of my mouth because I feel like I'm eating it and then I start gagging.... if you smell that bad, take a gd shower before you come to the gym...and another after. If people bathe in perfume/cologne, the gym is not immune to their lack of social decency.

So glad I saw this! I did W7D1 on Thursday and took 3 days off because of back pain and a slight pain in my ankle- W7D2 is today- I'm trying not to pysch myself out and just relax and be excited about it- D1 was a little bit of a struggle but I was SO proud when I finished without stopping!

It's a gradual program with intervals that goes over 9 weeks and you build to running a 5k and I'm telling you...it works! I highly recommend it- if you have a smartphone, there's a great app that tracks the training days and allows you to play your own music and tells you when to run, when to walk.... try it! You feel SO…

You can do it! It's never easy- but it feels super good when you succeed and I'm becomming addicted to this site for support :)
-
Happy to have you added! P.S.- c25k is amazing! I'm telling you- I could barely run for 1 minute without feeling like I was going to die when I first started but now I'm able to go for 20 minutes and am looking forward to running my first 5K in 5 weeks!
-
C25K is fabulous! I'd never been a runner and had the, "I can't run" mentality but am starting to love it (I seriously want to cry every time I finish a week that sounded impossible to me).
-
oh yay! Glad to see others w/similar goals....I've gained about 10 lbs since getting married in Sept. and just want to feel better and fit in my clothes. I've been doing Couch 2 5k for the second time but didn't get past week 6 last time (On W7D2). I'm starting to love running but have heard so much about "heavy lifting"…
-
Amazing! Great job, I'm sure you are inspiring people all around you! Also- love your tips :)

Yeah not sure if you're an alcoholic...but I drink my share too and it's easy to forget about the calories...ugh.... maybe switch to vodka sodas and ease up a little? :) No idea... I just know it makes it THAT much harder to lose weight....
