love this! Had my first 5k this morning....the longest I'd run prior was 27 minutes and I ran the entire thing today! 39:21...my goal was to run without stopping and I'd hoped to do it under 40 minutes. So high right now! :)

Awesome! I'm doing C25K also and have my first 5K in 2 weeks and have a similar time goal to yours (great job!) but my real goal is just to keep running throughout the whole thing.

Mine definitely is, one of my favorite things is when I get done with a run and he say, "I'm proud of you." Makes me smile SO big every time... He does joke that I have "hypergymnasia" which I totally don't but it makes me laugh and that's why he does it. So sad if your partner is not supportive- I feel like they should…
