Shish-ka-bobs! It's great because you can add whatever veggies you enjoy, put some chicken on there and marinate them for a bit. Super healthy and no need for a bun(because lets be honest, that adds a ton of calories) and lots of nutritious value to them.

I've been using Talking Rain sparkling water (pomegranite lime is my fave flavor). Its zero calories and then I just add some fresh lemon or lime juice with a shot of vodka. You're only getting the calories from the vodka, no sugar or anything from the mixer like you would from margarita mix and whatnot :) Hope this helps!
