One egg + 2 tbsp of chunky salsa cooked in the microwave. I put it on top of 1 slice of whole wheat toast that's been smeared with light cream cheese. I eat it with a small glass of almond milk mixed with 1 tsp of Maltodextrin (you can use Metamucil). Plus I drink a tall glass of water. It keeps me satisfied until lunch. :)

This is awesome! There's a Japanese grocery store that just opened recently and I have been meaning to check it out. I have a feeling I might like this a lot because of the chewy texture. I love glass noodles and I read here, it has the same texture!

I've got a sweet tooth too! The more sugary the better! I even like caramel better than chocolates! That Diet Coke Cake idea I found somewhere here's something I'd like to try someday. Sugar free jello are a great quick fix too. oh and mangoes are something eat when i have sweet cravings too!
