before my 2 kids i was a nice c cup after my two kids high end DD. i have found with bigger boobs that it does help somewhat to yoga, pilates and back strengthening exercises....running however FORGET IT! at least for me but good luck

i have eight..ankle, lower back, middle back, shoulder & pelvic right next to the hip bone. The only suggestion i would make is too get it someplace that you can conceal easily enough when you want too!
