Fresh fruit. I always take a banana along with me to work for a mid afternoon snack. If I feel like I have the calories to spare, I'll take an apple and some peanut butter.

I count it when I plan beforehand on using it as exercise. On my typical day of cleaning house, I do it sporadically throughout the day...that, I don't count.
