Anything in a box can be purchased at "bulk" sections of the store. Most of it tastes great with a little herbs or seasonings or your own sauce. the possibilities are endless. I recently am learnign to cook quinoa. I love it! Much better for you than wheat and a great alternative.

Also really great men loooooovvvvveee women who are happy with themselves. That means they don't have to come along and be your happiness as you are already a happy person. Its a lot more fun to be around someone who is already happy in a relationship.

Hi there I am 58 and on a 1200 cal diet to reduce fat. Dropped 4 so far and doing well. Looking for others in my age range as its really different at this age than when I was younger. Seems it hurts joints when I work out like I used to so can't do the workouts like when I was younger. Bummer!
