I'm at this point too. I lost 40 pounds with Weight Watchers in 2012, gained almost 30 back since. I know I can do it if I just want to, but it's hard to "want" it when I'm so busy with work and school and the easiest thing to do is grab fast food while I drive! Good luck!

Just chiming in for those of you who are sticking with disk 1 & 2... disk 3 has "Wake Up" on it (at least it does with the "max pack" I bought), and it's an excellent quick 10 minute routine that I will definitely be able to do every morning now that I found it! ^^ This! I have worked nights for the past 4 years (11p-7a Sun - Thurs) and I tend to track from 10p - 10p. This works for me because I sleep until I have to head to work, so my first food is the 10p snack while I'm driving an hour. And on days off, I am generally asleep well before then, haha. On my hour commute home once, I stopped at one Dunkin Donuts and got 2 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches on crossiants. Then I stopped at another one 30 minutes later and ate an entire box of 25 munchkins.

What store is having a sale on Weight Watchers giant fudge bars? Clearly you bought the entire store...? Just going back to Monday you went through 4 boxes of them.

I lost 30 on weight watchers and I count that on my ticker. I worked for it, I think it doesn't matter which program I used :)

I work 11p-7a 5 nights per week. I found for me personally I like tracking from 10pm - 10pm. I also made my tracker say times instead of meals. 10p 1:30a 5-7a 9a 12p Other The other category gets used on my "long days" like Friday, where I go back to normal sleeping so spend enough of my day awake to need an extra meal.…

It is expensive. You use 2 Tbsp PB2 with 1 Tbsp water and when you add the water, I'd say you get a total of MAYBE 1 Tbsp of Peanut butter max. I like to mix mine with a little honey instead sometimes. I am with the poster that first mentioned it, I do not love or hate it... it's just another option.

Just wanted to say good luck to you. My husband was just told something similar, as he is a diabetic with extremely high triglycerides who has suffered 3 bouts of pancreatitis because of it over the past 4 months. At this point, parts of his pancreas have died and if he doesn't work on his diet and find a way to keep it…

Hanging in my closet, we got married 3 months ago. Still has frosting on the inside of the top because it fell between my boobs when we face-smashed the cake, haha! No real plans for it, but it's sad to think I paid for it, I loved it, and I only got to wear it for a couple hours!

I'm sure it's not my worst, but a few months ago I stopped at one Dunkin Donuts and got a box of 24 munchkins. Ate 20 of them (left the cinnamon ones... lol). Stopped at the next Dunkin Donuts and ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant... all on my hour commute home. :-\

I'm going to sound dumb here, but I never even thought to use my inhaler BEFORE I exercised. I always thought I should take it after I started to have symptoms. My doc suggested taking it before I started exercising, and I found it worked well and I didn't wheeze. Just my 2 cents!

I burned 262 calories on day 1 of level 1 according to my HRM. I'm 5' 3" and 190 lbs, and used 1.5 lb hand weights. In case that helps anyone!

I rinse and hand wash mine each time, but every once in a while I throw it inside a pillowcase in the washer with my laundry. Hang it to dry :)
