W7D3, doing it a few more times until I'm comfortable with it. So far 25 mins jogging is doable, but rather miserable. Thinking about signing up for a 5k in mid July which should be completely reasonable, but somehow I doubt my abilities. I've been jogging at night to beat the heat, which can be scary but feels much better.

Greek yogurt, nuts, bananas, avocado, whole wheat toast, low calorie wraps with meat/tuna/peanut butter, scrambled egg whites, green smoothies, almond milk, apples or celery with nut butter, grapes, berries covered in yogurt and frozen. Just some ideas.

I started out completely out of shape. If you can't handle it, stick to the modifiers and take five second breaks. I also recommend having water nearby to sip while she's talking.

I'm about 5 days from completing 30DS, though I have done the videos many times before off and on. The soreness DOES go away! I am only 40lbs over my goal weight so I can't speak to people who have much more to lose, but by day 4-5 of doing it every day my muscles became more used to it. That doesn't mean it was easy to…

Wow, there is so much fat shaming in this thread. What someone does with their life is their business. If it makes them happy, that is all that matters. If you were 300 pounds, would you like to hear people say the things to you that are in this thread? I doubt it. Don't judge other people for what makes them happy.
