Dont eat less, eat right, eat clean, just eat normal and healthy, no need to eat less food because of a mistake or earned day. it is in the past and should not alter your future. :)

great topic, i totally understand.. I was 411lbs last time i went to a game, 367lbs now. hoping i wont have as much trouble this year and in the future.

i lost 7 in 5 days once, i think sometimes it comes off quick, then slows down. lots of factors can play into it tho.

I feel that.. I work 8 hours sitting, thats how i got to my highest weight, got used to bad food and less movement.. That has all changed now tho :) I want to be a PE teacher.

the majority of my walking i do during work, i get at least a mile in during lunch and i could get a half mile during breaks if i choose too. :)

Are there any other issues that seem to coincide with eating like that? As in depression or anxiety? If so i would work on that before worrying about the food because it will recur until the root problem is in check. If not then its really just up to you to make it a habit to not eat it, make sure to buy healthy foods and…

Depending on your level of fitness, if its strenuous i would say log it, for me mowing the yard isnt that easy so i will log that, doing house chores i will not log that, only something that takes a lot of energy away i will log.
