with how hard you are working out i dont think you are getting enough cals.
-
I had a lump in my arm and thought i was going to die from cancer, ended up being nothing but it changed me for the better and i appreciated what i had and made change.

to start with, carbs are good. we need them to function so dont go to low. it really depends on the type of carb we are eating. dont count carbs, make carbs count. :)
-
there are plenty of healthy options that will cure a sweet tooth. for instance, carob chips, use them in place of chocolate chips and make some no bake oatmeal cookies with them.
-
fruit is good for you, bananas are high in sugar so just eat them in moderation or before/after working out. there is a time and place for everything but for the most part fruit is great and should be eaten unless your dr tells you not to because of a health condition.
-
1200 seems low to me.
-
The only thing i can say for sure is that fruit sugar is nothing like processed sugar, the body processes them differently. natural sugar is not bad for you, just dont eat 5 bananas a day and you will be fine. :P
-
if its natural its fine. thats my opinion anyways. im sure you can over it eat it, but a couple tablespoons a day is probably more healthy than unhealthy when its natural peanut butter.
-
amazing job!!!!

a therapist could be a good start, it helped me.
-
create one using brown rice flour :D im sure you can find something online to do that. or come up with a substitute, downing a glass of water might help.
-
Enjoy it!! i have on coming up in august. :drinker:

75 miles?!!? wow! that sounds insane to me, you are so far more advanced that i am. Puts things into perspective with regard to how little i am doing compared to your achievements and goals. I wish i was more knowledgeable so i could help, but i think you are on another level and ill get there eventually but until then ill…
